I direct you to BBC 3 Counties Radio (Beds, Herts and Bucks). There used to be a presenter doing the breakfast show called Jon Guant who was equally, if not more, controversial as Charlie. He left a few weeks ago and is not doing the lunchtime slot on London Live I do beleive

He's not doing the lunchtime slot on London Live? Oh right. Well I'm sure he's found suitable employment, somewhere.
I direct you to Pauline's call. It's one of the best I've ever recorded. I strongly suspect that, not only would Jon Gaunt be unable to provoke a response like that, but he wouldn't have asked for the call unscreened, and he wouldn't have laughed off such a vicious verbal attack.

Which is a bad thing - its like a black presenter using the colour of his skin to get a job. He has no unique style but incidentially he is an American. his nationality should not be his unique selling point - but sadly it seems it is

Offer up some constructive criticism. Your vague "has no unique style", is a bit pathetic. Especially given that Hawksbee & Jacobs are just Baker & Kelly clones.
It still sounds like you're transferring your dislike of Robin onto Charlie. Try examining your criticisms, then articulating them into coherent, constructive points.
