We hope to add online voting to the site soon, and I was wondering what you'd like to take votes on?

Go ahead. Chuck some ideas at me. Idea

For example:

Fave presenters of all-time.
Fave presenters at talkSPORT.
Submit ratings for the presenters.
Submit listening habits.

More a survey than a vote, really. With the results instantly available to everyone. And yes, there will be some measures to prevent repeat voting. Smile

Looks fine to me Ian. Maybe one section should be 'Who is the real Voice of the Common Man?'.

Good idea, thanks! Someone else has just suggested a "Favourite caller" section. Both are certainly worth a try.

By the way, when I've sorted out the "Results" page, most of this data will be displayed in bar graphs.

You'll only get one chance to vote, so I may hold the poll every month.

Okay. "Favourite Callers?" (let me know if there are any I've missed) and "Voice of the Common Man?" have been added.

I've also replaced "Kelvin: Saint or Sinner?" with "What's your age bracket?" I was cutting a little too close to the knuckle there. Smile

Anything else?

Hmmm, even though they're part-time, should I add Chris Ashley and Ian Royce?

The next page isn't ready yet, so I left the button off. I thought showing you what questions I've got so far, would spark off some more ideas.

Apart from you, it worked. Smile

Ian,
I am with MWS. I went to the survey page and filled out all the questions and then spent five minutes trying to find the VOTE icon. (To no avail)

Ian, as a "quick hack" you can always route
this to mailform, and collate the results
manually....

should work!

Ian

How about a section for 'Biggest tw*t/C*nt/Fool at Talksport'. We could then have the name 'Robin Whelan' as the only choice and the box permanently ticked.

Just an idea...

I hope you don't mind me placing an asterix in amongst that lot.

As for your views on Robin - you obviously have a major beef with the guy - all I ask is that you keep it clean-ish, and structure a valid argument. There is no reply to a general rant (well, except this of course Smile).

By the way, there were several callers who went out of their way to praise Robin, last night... so he can't be all that bad, can he?

Why no Eilish in the favourite callers section. That woman is the natural heiress to Florence Foster Jenkins except that FFJ was also a rich enough Yank to hire the Carnegie hall for her debut (and valedictory) public performance...... Smile
